I took the Big Place farming macro as the source and changed the WASD movement timings from two to one seconds. 
Added button presses 2 and 3.

The macro presses the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 10. We set the auto-attack with the pets to 1, the self buffs you need to 2, 3 and 10.

The screen resolution is 1920*1080.
