Combo macro for the Panda character in the game Tekken 8

Very intelligent, Panda seems to have an almost human empathy and thought process. She is shown to be very attentive to Xiaoyu when she is upset, and also supports her decisions. Sometimes she shows a playful side, similar to Xiaoyu.

2. Disable the use of minimum delay.
