Description
set the following settings:

turn off the binding to the window
set the desired sensitivity in the game (input.sensitivity 0.66 to the console)
set the desired FOV (graphics.fov 90 to the console)

It works well but it needs a little help
Checked on the mouse Bloody j95 , OC Windows 10
Mouse Settings: 400 Dpi
Game parameters: sens 0.66; Fov 90.
You can install a sense in the game using the input.sensitivity 0.66 command, just copy the command and paste it into the in-game console
