Macro «PUDGE Top Procast 7.38» for «Dota 2»

The macro activates Meat Hook (Q) based on the current cursor position (requires Quick Cast enabled).
If the cursor is not on the opponent during the pull, the combo may be interrupted (depends on the implementation).

After a successful hit, the Hook automatically activates the items in the X and C slots (it's up to you, but shiva loves it)

Instant combo after pulling:
As soon as the opponent reaches Pudge, the macro:
Activates Dismember(R) (ult).
Turns on Rot(W) for additional damage.(turns off automatically after 4 seconds, but not always)

Requirements for operation:
Quick Cast is enabled (otherwise the macro may not work).
The cursor should be on the opponent at the moment of casting the Hook and at the moment when the opponent is attracted to you.
The items in the X and C slots must be selected in advance (for example, Blink + Shiva's).
It worked at a resolution of 1920-1080, in fact, it should also work on others.
