this is a real super glide for 144 frames if you are stuggling to find a super glide macro cause they all suck on here get this one I feel you, I was downloading all of them and they all sucked so I changed the best one to work, the delay was off by just a few ms, but I got the official nesicarry ms between jump and crouch so I could fix this. 

bind to a mouse side button and click that as you would a super glide crouch, you acan also bind it to you crouch button but that would be more intrusive.
